01 Information Stewardship

At Miriduv Analytics, we distinguish between high-level enterprise data and individual personal information. Our platform is designed to provide strategic insights for Indonesian enterprises, and we only collect data that is necessary for the fulfillment of our consultation services.

We collect basic identity and contact information—such as names, corporate email addresses, and professional titles—when users interact with our platform, sign up for data-driven briefings, or engage our consulting team. For enterprise clients, we may also process non-sensitive operational datasets required for training predictive models. We do not engage in the collection of consumer-level financial transaction records or individual credit assessments.

  • Registration and authentication details
  • Consultation request forms
  • Communications with our strategic team

02 Logical Applications

The primary purpose of data processing at Miriduv Analytics is the refinement of predictive algorithms and the generation of strategic business insights. We process information to:

  • /
Performance Analysis: Enhancing the accuracy of regional market models tailored for Indonesian sectors.
  • /
Client Relations: Managing consultation schedules, deliverables, and strategic partnership communications.
  • /
Operational Safety: Ensuring platform stability and preventing unauthorized access to corporate dashboards.

Miriduv Analytics maintains a strict internal policy against the external sale of any dataset. We do not participate in marketing aggregations or data-broker activities.

03 Encryption & Custody

We employ specialized encryption protocols for data at rest and in transit. Access to client datasets is restricted through a "Least Privilege" access model, ensuring that only verified engineers and strategists assigned to a specific project can view the necessary parameters.

Protocol

Managed data is physically stored in secure regional clusters, prioritizing Indonesian data residency requirements where applicable. Our security audits are performed quarterly to verify perimeter defenses and internal protocol adherence.

User Autonomy

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law), you hold specific rights regarding your personal information. Miriduv Analytics provides clear channels for exercising these rights:

  • Right to Transparency
  • Right to Rectification
  • Right to Erasure
  • Right to Withdraw Consent

To initiate any of these requests, please contact our Data Office at [email protected]. We commit to responding to all formal inquiries within 72 business hours.
