Agreement of Terms

By utilizing the digital assets and consultation services of Miriduv Analytics (collectively, the "Platform"), you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, a professional enterprise entity, and Miriduv Analytics, based in Surabaya, Indonesia.

If you do not agree with the specific parameters of our data processing or insight delivery methods, you must cease all use of the platform and our advisory outputs immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice to maintain compliance with evolving Indonesian data sovereignty laws.

Permitted Utilization

Outputs may not be resold or redistributed to third-party consulting firms without express written consent.

Institutional Rights

All proprietary algorithms, visualization frameworks, software code, and textual analysis hosted on Miriduv.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Miriduv Analytics. We maintain full ownership of the "Modeling DNA" used to generate insights.

Users retain ownership of their raw input data, but grant Miriduv Analytics an anonymized, perpetual license to use such data for the sole purpose of improving the accuracy of our overarching regional predictive models for the Indonesian market.

Liability Boundaries

In no event shall Miriduv Analytics be liable for any strategic deviations or operational losses resulting from the use of our Platform. Decisions made based on our data are the sole responsibility of the enterprise leadership.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surabaya.
